Another piece of our transformation is currently taking place as Sunset's Legacy Freight Payment system is being replaced by our NEW system, PayLOGIK.

    Do you have a specific group of transportation charges that you are interested in capturing and creating reports from? You will have the ability to call a group of charges whatever you want and pull quick reports on it.
  2. Improved Air Bill Entry Format
    Many freight payment systems will only capture a single invoice total even though there may be multiple pro’s. (Think air bill invoices.) Sunset’s PayLOGIK allows multiple line items to be captured all from one invoice.

    At any time be able to view the history of every invoice from auditing to payment.
  4. Define Families of Carriers
    This is a must have for the ever changing and merging LTL industry. PayLOGIK will ensure you never pay the same freight bill twice.
  5. Multi Payment Screen Options
    No longer is your only option to select or deselect a certain invoice for payment. Now you will have the ability to short pay a particular invoice or short pay a particular charge.
  6. Document Image Visibility
    You will have the ability to view electronic document images of your freight bills from many places throughout the system.
