Logistics Advisors Wanted
POSITION SUMMARY:
Sunset Transportation is looking for seasoned logistics advisors in the St. Louis area.
KEY RESULTS AREAS:
- Identify and secure new business
- Manage relationships with customers
- Cross sell services to customers
- Enter orders; set up delivery/pick up appointments
- Find trucks to move loads
- Trace and record data as shipment moves
- Provide reports to customer
SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years brokerage or transportation experience
- Ability to use Transportation Management Systems
- Excel/Word/ Power Point
SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
-Established customer portfolio
-Associate Degree or higher
